Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

Applied Response Training LLC wants our website, communications, and training experience to be accessible to as many people as reasonably possible.

We continue to review our website and make improvements intended to support clear navigation, readable content, appropriate color contrast, keyboard use, responsive layouts, and compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies.

Website Accessibility

We aim to present information in a clear, consistent, and understandable format across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

While we work to improve accessibility throughout the site, web technologies, third-party services, browser differences, and individual assistive technologies can sometimes affect how content is displayed or accessed.

Training Accessibility & Accommodations

We recognize that participants may have different learning, communication, mobility, sensory, or accessibility needs. When possible, we will work with participants and organizations to identify reasonable accommodations that support participation while maintaining applicable course requirements and skill objectives.

If you or a member of your group may require an accommodation, we encourage you to contact us before the scheduled training date so there is adequate time to discuss the request.

Blended Learning & Third-Party Course Content

Some courses offered through Applied Response Training may use a blended-learning format that includes an online portion provided through the American Red Cross Learning Center. Participants complete that online learning before attending the instructor-led skills session.

The Red Cross Learning Center, Red Cross online course content, account access, and related digital systems are operated by the American Red Cross and are not controlled by Applied Response Training LLC.

The American Red Cross publishes its own digital accessibility commitment and states that it continually works to improve the user experience and strives for compliance with WCAG 2.1, Level AA across its digital properties.

If you encounter an accessibility or technical issue within the Red Cross Learning Center or Red Cross online course content, we can help identify the appropriate Red Cross support resource. Accessibility concerns involving our own website, registration materials, communications, or instructor-led training should be directed to Applied Response Training.
